Little Venice Apartment (2023)
CORD was commissioned to undertake the full refurbishment of a three-storey apartment within a mid-19th century Grade II listed property in Little Venice, Westminster.
The scheme introduces a refined contemporary aesthetic, defined by clean architectural detailing and a natural material palette that brings warmth and depth to each space. Throughout the home, carefully selected finishes and understated textures create a cohesive sense of elegance, complementing the building’s historic character while meeting the demands of modern living.
The scope of work included the sensitive integration of bespoke joinery, the restoration of original features, and the installation of a modern kitchen and new bathrooms; seamlessly blending heritage craftsmanship with contemporary design.
