Maida Vale Apartment (2021)
Dating from circa 1855–1863, this Grade II listed property within the Maida Vale Conservation Area has been carefully refurbished by CORD to sensitively blend its heritage character with the ease of contemporary living.
While the apartment’s original spatial organisation was largely preserved, subtle reconfigurations were introduced to create a more welcoming entrance hall and enhance the sense of space within the bedrooms.
The refurbishment scope included a refined reconfiguration of the floor plan, the restoration and replication of original cornices and ceiling roses, and the introduction of new bathrooms, a bespoke kitchen, fitted wardrobes, new floor finishes, and de-coupled acoustic ceilings.
